The logo was inspired by the distinctive Spanish tile designs found in many of the luxury villas, alongside the structure and precise nature of architecture drawings. The visual identity has taken inspiration from both sides of the business, encompassing buying and custom builds.
The three logo ‘tiles’ are grid versions of the three Balearic island’s flags where Cooper Bond operate; Ibiza, Mallorca and Menorca. This visual style is easily replicated to other islands and flags, therefore the identity system is primed for further global expansion to other property markets.
